Well, ok, I'm making a political parties yup with 3 guys at school.
I wanted our party mascot to be a pheasant. No one went for it and it sounds like our mascot is going to be a butterfly from where we stand right now. I was my idea, but I think that mascot might be too girly for me.
I'm very liberal and I've got to tell you about a conversation me and my reactionary grandfather had. He was all, "We shouldn't let those damn communists take us over! It's all the communists fault (etc.)"
I told him I thought us Americans deserved to be taken over and that if our democracy was screwed up it was Bush's fault (my Grandfathers a Bush supporter.) I rather be a slave to a communist country then go the way we're heading. Maybe this isn't a Liberal view, but its a view, and it was fun to take my point up to my grandfather.
In other news, I'm no longer failing Spanish (yay!) and my grades will keep rising if I do ok in all the dialogues and the quiz. (I need 100% on everything to get to a new letter grade!)

But i disagree with you. I would NOT want to be a slave in a communist country. HELL NO! Slave=bad. Slave+poverty+dictator=beyond horrible. Bush is bad, but he'll be gone soon enough.
well, i s'pose communism has its ups and downs. if our dictator wasn't an idiot then it wouldn't be so bad ( no poverty , ect). but if he was an idiot than it would be a living hell.
